1. Assemble on a firm and flat workbench. Height of workbench depends on the condition.
There should be some space (≥360cm) around the workbench considering the assembly and maintenance.
2. The transmission shaft is required to be vertical with the ground level. The nonperpendicularity (gradient)
should not exceed 1/1000 height of the reactor.
3. The self-prepared accessories and safety valves on connecting pipes should be accordance to the
requirement of reactor.
4. Check fastness of all the connecting components and driving parts after finishing assembly. Air tightness
test of each connecting pipeline, nozzle, sealing component and the complete reactor should have no
bubbling, overflow, seeping and leakage phenomenon.
5. Fill 46#mechine oil into reducer before starting up. Open the motor protection cover and rotate the fan
blade by hand to check whether there is stucking or mixing shaft scraping reactor phenomenon. Clean up
the reactor inside and start it up. Medium can be filled in for production if there is no abnormal noise and
oscillation during a 30mins unload running. Change the reducer oil regularly
Gas phase port with needle valve, liquid phase port with needle valve
and dip pipe, solid feed inlet with plug, temperature measurement and
control with platinum resistance, pressure gauge safety blasting with
pressure gauge and safety explosion-proof device, reactor cooling coil
inlet and outlet with tap.

Paddle type, anchor type, impeller type, or choose other types
according the reaction condition.
Mixing shaft
Adopt self-lubricating wear-resisting bushings, suitable for various
media agitation.
Seal type
Magnetic seal, mechanical seal, packing seal
Discharging type
Upward discharging or downward discharging
PlD Control box
Temperature display and control, control accuracy±1℃; mixing speed
display and stepless speed, heating power control and keep automatic
constant temperature.
Other confiigurations
Customized design and manufacture, according to different
requirements on the kettle cover, reactor body, inner mixing paddles or
add additional devices(Such as condensation reflux device, constant
pressure feed tank, receiving device, condenser, etc.)
